Sessions cover
Our guided relaxation is designed to leave staff feeling refreshed and most importantly relaxed. It is proven that guided relaxation reduces stress significantly and is much more effective than other approaches. Guided relaxation is the fastest and most natural way to stress less.
Our Corporate Wellness program is a compacted into a 1 hour session every month to minimise lost work time as well as being extremely effective. Just one hour a month can significantly change the working environment and have a huge impact on workplace stress & anxiety.
Anxiety/ Stress

If you suffer from Anxiety or Stress or know someone who does, these workshops are designed to help you in the right direction. We will go through many different techniques that you can take home to work through Anxiety and Stress as well as exploring what Anxiety and Stress is.
These workshops are run on Friday nights, Saturday and Sunday. Sessions typically run for 3 hours.
Private family or group bookings are also available.
Goal Setting
(Late teens/Adult)
If you struggle setting goals or are unsure on how to achieve your goals, our goal setting workshop is designed to help.
We look at all aspects of goal setting form start to finish and use our Mind Therapy Techniques and processes to help you plan to achieve your goal.
These workshops are run on Friday nights, Saturday and Sunday. Sessions typically run for 3 hours.
Private family or group bookings are also available.
