Counselling is useful when you are having difficulty dealing with working through these issues and the emotions that come with them on your own. Counselling emphasizes personal responsibility, and focuses on the individual's experience in the present moment.

Counselling sessions can be booked for either 45 minutes or 1 hour in duration.
